To promote the culture exchange and cooperation as well as to further enhance the cooperation with Euro-Asia Promotion and Cultural Foundation(EAPCF), SHCDF paid a visit to Romania on invitation, and had a negotiation with EAPCF on Sep. 30th in Brasov,Romania. The two sides reached agreement on culture exchange, and signed the Memorandum of Cooperation, which aimed at promoting the culture cooperation between China and Romania through artistic collaboration and exchange, joint research and study, exchange of information and people-to-people exchange and interaction. The main form of cooperation is to encourage prominent artists or artistic groups to creat or to hold exhibitions in countries of the other side. Once approved by the higher authority, both sides will together organize series of activies in Shanghai, such as the review show of Romanian films, performance by Romanian prominent symphony orchestra, exhibition of Romanian artists and publication of Romanian writer’s literary works.
